Emergency website editing and recovery

If your website is down, hacked, broken after an update, or you're locked out, or something on it has to change right away, send the details below. Austin looks at each request and replies with next steps and a custom quote.

Custom quote only. There are no set prices or promised turnaround times, because every situation is different.

What this covers

The problems that can't wait for a normal project.

Site down

The site won't load, shows an error page, or the hosting or domain account has a problem.

Hacked or malware

Strange redirects, spam pages, security warnings from Google or your host, or content you didn't add.

Broken after an update

A plugin, theme, or platform update broke the layout, a form, or checkout.

Locked out

Lost admin access, a former developer holds the login, or the domain or hosting is in someone else's name.

Urgent content edits

New hours, a closure notice, a price change, or anything else that has to be on the site now.

How it works

  1. Send the details

Tell us what's wrong and where the site is hosted, if you know.

  2. Austin takes a look

He may ask for access. Where a platform allows it, you add him as a user instead of sharing a password.

  3. Custom quote

You get a quote for the work. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  4. Plain-English summary

When the work is done, you get a short note on what was wrong and what changed.

Request emergency help

Please don't put passwords in this form. If Austin needs access, he'll tell you the safest way to give it.
