Terms and refund policy
Plain-English terms for buying from Pastel Brands, a Digital Architects company. Last updated October 8, 2026.
Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of purchase. No refunds once work has begun.
To ask for a refund, email austin@digitalarchitects.org with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
Monthly Website Care
Monthly Website Care is billed every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and service stops at the end of your current billing month. To cancel, email austin@digitalarchitects.org.
Pastel After Hours
The setup fee follows the refund policy above. The monthly plan can be canceled anytime after the first month.
Fixed-price packages
Each package covers the scope listed on the services page at the time you buy it, for the price shown at checkout. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before any work starts.
Some steps depend on you or on the platform. For example, Google, Apple, and Microsoft decide how a business listing is verified and how long that takes, and we need the access listed for your package before work can start.
Enterprise
Enterprise Tracking and Analytics is priced by custom quote. Scope, timeline, and payment terms for Enterprise work are set in that quote.
No ranking guarantees
No one can honestly promise a specific position on Google, Apple Maps, or Bing, so we don't. Our packages make sure your listings are claimed, accurate, and consistent, and that your leads are measured.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. See our privacy page for how we handle your information.
