Who we are
This site is run by Pastel Brands, a Digital Architects company (legal entity: Pastel AI LLC), Minneapolis, MN. Questions: austin@digitalarchitects.org.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and whether a checkout was started. Google Analytics uses cookies. We do not use advertising cookies for personalization by default.
Heatmaps and session recordings
We may use Microsoft Clarity to see aggregated heatmaps and recordings of how pages are used, so we can fix confusing parts of the site. Form fields are masked so what you type is not recorded.
Site performance
We may use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and loading speed without advertising cookies.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never sent to or stored on this site. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment information.
Messages you send us
If you use the contact form or leave a message with PastelBot, we receive the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, business, website, and message) and use them only to reply to you about your request.
